North Raleigh Air really saved us yesterday! Our air conditioner completely stopped working during this heat, and my husband and I were panicking. We called North Raleigh Air, and they were able to come out the very same day.
They quickly diagnosed the problem, and within about an hour, our air conditioning was back up and running. We were so relieved! They also took the time to explain some maintenance issues we should keep an eye on down the road, without trying to pressure us into anything unnecessary.

Would give them a million stars ! Shout out to Kaleb with North Raleigh Air! He exemplifies the model of excellence in client care ! We all take for granted the blessing of daily Heat /AC until it breaks down ! We had contacted our home warranty co when we realized our heat pump wasn’t working. They sent out their contractor, here he looked at the unit for 10 min we were told basically the part could not be found, then extreme issues were noted (that did not make sense ),so they recommended a $8,000 new unit our cost(after the warranty part paid).
