Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and very personalized service. Caleb is thorough and takes his time to get the solution correct. I've had multiple eyes on my ten year old system and no one could isolate the issue until Caleb took the time to do a thorough diagnostic and replace three pieces. The system has worked beautifully since! Wonderful customer service and communication!

Kaleb was wonderful, very personal and honest. Recently had a big name air company come out and try and charge us an arm and a leg, and got mad when we wanted to do our own research about the problem. North Raleigh air was very helpful and didn't try to pull any surprises or get us to spend money we didn't need to spend. Thanks!!
