“Best experience at a "medical" office that I've ever had. My appt was probably one of the last ones of the day at around 3:30pm. Even at the end of the day the staff was courteous and professional. I mean like Disney World level customer service. The office was very clean and functioned smoothly as well. I was seen very soon after my scheduled appt time and from first contact at the front desk to the last contact at the desk on my way out the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. This is my first experience with Rx glasses so I was kinda nervous and dreading the visit but I keft feeling confident in my restored vision.
Special shout out to Shammy who helped me pick out my frames. She is really fun and we had a good laugh. I think she provides an excellent in person experience to the patients.

“Excellent attentive service. Jazz is the best manager in town. She jumps in whenever and wherever she is needed. A small wait prior to my appointment but not a huge deal. Used the time to pick out frames. Good selection and staff offer to order frames if not in that particular store. Been going here for years, moved and now I’m driving an hour to stick with this store. I tried another store but nothing compares.“

“Dr. Julie Belanger is very professional and caring. She has taken care of me for several years now. Her testing is very up to date and thorough. She is very conscientious about your care. After going on Medicare, my co-insurance only offers a rebate and was difficult for her to apply for but she hung in there instead of charging me. I know because I even spoke with my insurance company to understand what needed to be done. During my visit yesterday, I mentioned a serious eye problem a family member is having that lives in another state. She not only explained a lens that could be a game changer but printed out pictures for me to show her. I would recommend her for your eye care needs. Go visit her in Clayton.“
