I’ve been seeing Dr. Kirby for years. Always informative and thorough! Had the pleasure of meeting John Kennedy while picking out new glasses. He was super nice and easy to talk with! He got me set up with my new frames (after he and my mom decided they were the perfect pair, and I agree!!) and even got me set up with sunglass lenses to put in my current frames!! That way I didn’t have to buy new frames to have updated sunglasses! Overall the best experience I’ve had since I’ve been going there! :)
Dr. Shannon Kirby is friendly, professional, and thorough. It didn't take long from the time I arrived to be seen by Dr. Kirby (I completed my paperwork online beforehand which expedited the process). Bianca (my Optician Consultant) was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and provided wonderful details and information about my eye insurance benefits. She also helped me find new frames! Excellent customer service at this location.
The doctor, office manager, and all personnel are professional, kind, and courteous. They provide excellent eyewear and answer all questions. I am always treated as a valued patient and person and highly recommend them as the first place to call for vision care.
