MyEyeDr is a highly recommended eye care location that provides outstanding service. The professional testing technicians, including Kiera, are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, making the testing process pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Nueiyn is a wonderful provider who takes time to listen and truly cares about patients. The staff is helpful in selecting glasses, and the virtual system and wide selection of frames are impressive. Kiera was very professional, informative, and pleasant, assisting with all eye care needs, and the lady who took eye pictures was also appreciated. With no wait time and efficient service, MyEyeDr is an excellent choice for eye care needs.
My experience at this office was wonderful! Everyone greeted me with smiles and were very thorough with everything! Akhari made sure my exam went smooth sailing and Mr. Jerome Graham helped with picking out the perfect pair of glasses! 10/10 service and will be back again!
Very positive visit. Technician and Doctor were efficient and easy to work with. Jerome Graham walked me through the glasses selection and was great. His approach was extremely helpful. All three were knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. All answered my questions well.
Overall experience 4 stars mainly due to trying to do the online appointment and it’s not very user friendly. Rest of my experience with the visit 5 stars. The person helping me with my glasses and checking out, Jerome Graham, was outstanding. He was very professional and educated me about my insurance benefits and allowances on the glasses I bought. Overall great experience and Jerome is a great asset to this business!
