MyEyeDr is a highly recommended eye care location that provides outstanding service. The professional testing technicians, including Kiera, are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, making the testing process pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Nueiyn is a wonderful provider who takes time to listen and truly cares about patients. The staff is helpful in selecting glasses, and the virtual system and wide selection of frames are impressive. Kiera was very professional, informative, and pleasant, assisting with all eye care needs, and the lady who took eye pictures was also appreciated. With no wait time and efficient service, MyEyeDr is an excellent choice for eye care needs.
I went with my mother to MyEyeDr on October 7th to get her some new glasses and we were met with a smile from Mr. Jerome Graham who was truly a delight! We had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr thanks to the outstanding customer service we received from Mr. Graham.
He was incredibly attentive, patient, and helpful while my mother shopped for her new glasses. He took the time to make sure she was comfortable; he answered all her questions, and simply made the entire process enjoyable and stress free. It’s refreshing to receive such thoughtful, personalized service from someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers.
I've been coming to this location about two years or so. I've gotten three pair of glasses from them.
The entire staff is always kind, courteous, and helpful.
During this particular visit Jerome assisted with the selection and fitting of my new glasses. He was wonderful. Upbeat, personable, and VERY knowledgeable. I believe he said he's been in the industry for over 20 years. And it shows. He loves his job.
