I saw Dr Natalie McIntoshtoday for a recurring eye problem. I called for an appt and was seen 1 hour later. She is professional, ,caring and goes above and beyond to obtain additional resources if she feels problem has become more complex. So glad that I am her patient.
Carolina Vision Care- FireTower location are an amazing team. From the receptionist, and the Technician to Dr. McIntosh they are all professional and courteous. I was taken back for my exam within 10 mins of my arrival and after the technician completed my testing the Doctor came in within just a few minutes. Dr. McIntosh was very responsive to my concerns and explained each step of her examination, answering my questions without hesitation. I feel confident in her abilities and recommendations. The office is well lit clean and organized.
Dr. Natalie has always been a very warm and personable professional. She deeply shows care and concern for her patients. Her staff is great too. They always greet patients with a very welcoming smile and thar means a lot. I absolutely love going there! They are the best!
