“My family doctor referred me for an eye exam because I had been a very long time without a routine eye exam. I should preface by saying that I have a very complicated neurophthalmology condition. My condition is not simple and cannot be treated with traditional glasses. I was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism during my visit here. Although they do not have the expertise to treat my specific condition here, the entire staff acted totally professional and courteous during my visit. They explained everything, ask me thorough questioning, performed a retinol scan, etc etc. Highly satisfied with my visit here. I only wish my condition could be treated at a local ophthalmologist such as this. Unfortunately, my visit ended with having to be referred back to a neurophthalmologist. But I appreciate their kind courteous understanding dealing with my situation.“
