“I have only been a client for a couple months but I am already seeing muscles pop out! My trainer is Dillon and he is very energetic and encouraging. He is great at managing multiple clients during the semi private sessions and making sure we all get the most out of our time. I love that semi private sessions are offered because it is more affordable for me, and I really appreciate that they are flexible with scheduling as I can’t regularly come the same days every week. The location is great too, pretty close to downtown W-S, and the gym is always clean and uncluttered and doesn’t smell like sweaty socks. So far my experience has been well worth the money. After a couple years of saying I’m going to get in shape but then not being able to motivate myself, I feel like I’m finally making progress!“
