She came back even more well-mannered than we brought her in as, and they even managed to trim her nails which Vets have not been able to manage. Speaks volumes about their ability and care they show all clients. The report cards they give are a nice touch, keeping us in the loop with how our kitty was doing and giving us peace of mind.
