Ruff Housing was recommended by a friend. While I was in Winston-Salem to visit my aunt, my dog needed some playtime. Both of us were really happy with her time there. I bought a package of visits because we will be back again.

Boarded here for 9 days, only received 1 report card that only contained a picture (no words) and my dog was barely in the picture. During pick up, the staff couldn't tell us much info about how her stay was. There was another lady ahead of us and the staff couldn't tell her why her dog had a big open cut. We were sad because this place was recommended to us and has lots of good reviews, but it almost feels like they hired a bunch of new (inexperienced) staff. Especially for the money, I expected better.

It's great if you can get in - the person who answered the phone says they are limited to 15 spots a day! The other locations seem to have more. All the locations are great and my dog loves it at Ruff Housing.
