Appointment was good, they have a very knowledgeable staff, especially Erica. She answered all my rookie questions without being condescending. Definitely going back.“

“Took my Shepherd, Goose, to Charlie's for board and train in their basic obedience course. Goose really needed the foundation that an experienced trainer could provide and that me and my s/o could help build on going forward.

Grace did an amazing job. Goose came back a changed dog and continuing his training daily at home as been a breeze. He walks perfectly on a leash, responds well to commands, and his impulsiveness has been so much more easier to control. Thank you, Grace!“

“We have always had a great experience with Dr Pugh and the team! We brought our cat Zeke in in February for what seemed to be a urinary blockage and they helped us figure out a plan for him to get him feeling better! They were super patient with him (he’s not the nicest) and have us peace of mind knowing he was taken care of. Our girl Sadie has always been afraid of vets and becomes fear aggressive. The staff were super sweet to her and while it’s still something we are working on we have hope one day she will grow to love coming in. Our new pup Cane also received the best care getting loved on and lots of treats during his checkup! As a pet owner it can be hard to find a trustworthy vet. The staff here have excelled at commitment to care of our pets! We are so grateful for them and all their hard work, from the vets to the ladies up front and vet techs. We couldn’t be more appreciative of all of them!“
