The techniques and skills Jim used (and taught me) changed the dynamic of my relationship with the dog. Thankful to say the dog is a loved member of our family now, thanks to Jim.”

“We boarded one of our cats here and they treated her like royalty. She got cute nicknames, her own personal cat-tv and all of the staff truly seemed to love her and take care of her well. She came back even more well-mannered than we brought her in as, and they even managed to trim her nails which Vets have not been able to manage. Speaks volumes about their ability and care they show all clients. The report cards they give are a nice touch, keeping us in the loop with how our kitty was doing and giving us peace of mind. Very happy with our choice to send her there!”
“Took my Shepherd, Goose, to Charlie's for board and train in their basic obedience course. Goose really needed the foundation that an experienced trainer could provide and that me and my s/o could help build on going forward.<br><br>Grace did an amazing job. Goose came back a changed dog and continuing his training daily at home as been a breeze. He walks perfectly on a leash, responds well to commands, and his impulsiveness has been so much more easier to control. Thank you, Grace!”

“We reached out (frantically!) to Antione at Real Deal one weekend after our boy, Leonidas, took off after some deer, crossed a creek and a highway and we thought we lost him. Monday evening we showed up for our first training session.<br><br>Antione knows what he’s talking about. He knows dogs and of equal importance, he knows people. We saw immediate progress with our dog after a few private sessions and continued growth with weekly group classes. I’m no longer terrified to have him off leash and I’m confident that I will have control should we happen upon some deer again!<br><br>Thanks Antione!”
“My dog Apollo had been very sick for weeks and after 3 visits to our vet we kept getting no answers and no help so we came here. It was such a breath of relief compared to what we had been dealing with. Dr Leon took the time to listen to what had happened to my dog, what were his symptoms, what had the other vet tried to do to treat him, and then he went through what he thought the best course of action would be. He told us from the beginning he suspected it may be cancer and to be wary, but that he would still continue to try everything he could incase that it was something else. We had no trouble getting seen and weren’t being charged $120 emergency fee everytime we needed to be seen or speak to someone like my other vet had been doing. Even when I was just going to pick up medication Dr Leon took time out of his day to come talk to me, see how Apollo was doing and tell me what the plan was if this did or didn’t work. He was very accommodating and worked to try and find a solution to what was happening. Unfortunately it was cancer and there was nothing we could do further to help him, but every one was very kind to us during the process of putting him to rest. I have nothing but kind things to say about this place. They genuinely care about their patients and the people who come here. They listen and we weren’t excessively overcharged and told we needed unnecessary treatment and supplies like my previous vet had been doing.”

“Great place and wonderful staff. Our hound dog has been to Ruff Housing Witt infrequently over his 9 years and yet each time we approach the building and lobby he is excited. He doesn't look back going back to see 'friends' and best of all at the end of his stay he is totally exhausted and sleeps throughout the night. Good job Ruff Housing!”
“Ruff Housing Country Club is family! My pup is 2yrs old and been going since he was about 5 months old. He is so excited to go to school each day and loves everyone there. They treat him as their own. Not only can you see it in him, but all the other pups that come through the door. RHCC was one of the best decisions I have made for my pup!”
“We have always had a great experience with Dr Pugh and the team! We brought our cat Zeke in in February for what seemed to be a urinary blockage and they helped us figure out a plan for him to get him feeling better! They were super patient with him (he’s not the nicest) and have us peace of mind knowing he was taken care of. Our girl Sadie has always been afraid of vets and becomes fear aggressive. The staff were super sweet to her and while it’s still something we are working on we have hope one day she will grow to love coming in. Our new pup Cane also received the best care getting loved on and lots of treats during his checkup! As a pet owner it can be hard to find a trustworthy vet. The staff here have excelled at commitment to care of our pets! We are so grateful for them and all their hard work, from the vets to the ladies up front and vet techs. We couldn’t be more appreciative of all of them!”

“Have been taking my 2 canines to Dr. Schill & Dr. Hoffman for many years. One of my canines crossed The Rainbow Bridge on 6/23. The whole staff including Dr. Schill could not have been more compassionate with lots of hugs & tears....an awesome staff who is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my canines to any other vet office.”
