“Great honest, working plumber that stopped and took the time to walk me through and actually diagnosed the problem and take step-by-step to fix said problem completely recommend using his professionalism again compared to other plumber. I had look at the job and do nothing but tell me it was broke and would be a $6000 fix. Without going into detail about any issue it may potentially be like Brock took the time to do. With this being a new to me house and us having a completely new pump we were at a shock to why the pump would not cut off for us to have young children here and no use of water we are really thankful Brock was able to get us a functional water supply at a decent turn around time. Thank goodness it is still under warranty … I was referred to two places when I called the warranty phone number …
The first company could come right away so I went with them …
After he left the situation got worse …. The fan stopped working, ect …they came back a second time & once more he quickly came & went .. & said that there would be ice within 24 hours … no ice & it still could not keep temperature.

I called the warranty department again and scheduled with Cape the appliances. I am glad that I did.

Sherry , the office manager is wonderful .. she was friendly ,knowledgeable, helpful and she called me at least three times to inform me of when a part was coming in, she thought we needed when I explained the situation..

John was on time for my service appointment. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and took his time assessing the situation. Unlike the first company. I appreciated his attention to detail. He explained thoroughly what he thought was going on. Was patient taking everything apart and he even helped me level my refrigerator. Something that probably should’ve been done. It was delivered.
