TriMov
“I had back surgery a year ago. I struggled to get out of bed in the mornings and I knew I had to do something about it. I went to Physical Therapy, but still my problems persisted. Finally, I was referred to TriMov by my Physical Therapist. I can say first hand that I have never felt better in my life! Kelly Cap worked patiently with me not only on the proper biomechanics of my movement, but also developing a progressive strength training program and utilizing massage therapy and fascial stretch therapy to give me the full recovery that I so desperately needed. I will forever be grateful and thankful for the profound education and compassion from TriMov! They changed my life! Highly recommend!!”
