“Great customer service. Everyone was professional. I was explained how the doctor was going to conduct my visit and then I was asked if it was okay which I was. Each step in the process of my eye exam was explained. The doctor explained all the scans of my eyes and I was asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the level of service everyone gave. The staff exhibited great professionalism and customer service skills throughout my time in the office. They were very knowledgeable about the eye wear I choice to purchase. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.“
