I absolutely loved everything about Elements Massage from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. The lady at the front desk already knew exactly everything I talked about when booking the appointment so I didn’t have to repeat myself for expectations. Ms. Rachel did my massage and her hands was so soft and her voice was so calming. I seriously can not wait to return. I had an amazing experience from beginning to end.

I am a new customer to this facility and absolutely loved this place! Its design is very modern and sophisticated looking, which I think is super important for first impressions. Especially in a location like Wendell Falls. Smelled very fresh and overall was very clean and neat. Complimentary lemon/lime water.. who doesn’t enjoy that!? I will definitely be returning. The price for an hour was not bad at all! vs massage envy and other locations. I love that they are all about customers and their needs and experiences. They allow you to control the music in the room and even have really cool LED lights that you are allowed to set as well! Very nice touch for young people...read full review
