34 Oleander Dr Suite 105, Clayton“I can’t say enough good things about Victory Power Yoga and I’ve only attended my first class so far, BUT I cannot wait to come back. I’m hooked. The studio environment was so inviting and really feels like a safe space to let everything go and find mindfulness in your practice. I’ve dabbled in yoga practice on and off for the last 10 years, mainly taking classes at larger gyms, the ambiance does not even begin to compare. I actually love that you aren’t doing the class in front of a mirror like I’ve done at some places before,While I’ve done yoga quite a bit, I am still very much a beginner. I chose tostart with first month for $30 unlimited classes to ultimately try a variety of class offerings to see which ones suit me best. The course descriptions on the union app and website are very clear as to what the class entails. Both are very easy to use to register for classes as well. I also really like that they have early morning classes available and later evening classes most weekdays and weekends too!For my first class I chose restorative yoga with Catherine. Having never done a restorative class I wasn’t exactly sure what I was getting in to, but Catherine was excellent! The class is extremely beginner friendly and she walked around making sure everyone had the props that they needed and also helped add props so everyone was comfortable. It was exactly what I needed to get started. Highly recommend!I woke up today for the first time in years without nagging back pain, while the class isn’t a super stretchy type of class the length of time in which you hold the poses really helped me work out some of the kinks where I was holding tension in my body. About two years ago I separated my pelvis in a horseback riding accident, so I’ve been hesitant to add yoga back into my routine. I let Catherine know and she let me know to give her a wave if anything felt painful or uncomfortable, my body tolerated the class extremely well and I left feeling pain free and so relaxed.I do recommend letting the instructor know if you’ve had an injury or feel you have any physical limitations as you know your body best and yoga is not meant to make you feel uncomfortable! Almost everything can be modified with the use of different positions and props to suit each individual person. I hadn’t used many props in practice before outside of blocks, but was very surprised at how much the use of certain bolsters helped me! Catherine was wonderfully accommodating and while I haven’t met any of the other instructors yet, I’m sure they will be too!“

34 Oleander Dr, Clayton“Jennifer is a dedicated and experienced massage therapist. I’ve had several different massage types with her. I highly recommend therapeutic table massage and traditional Thai with her. She is very knowledgeable with the muscle and body mechanics and helped me with the treatment and further prevention of my hip pain. In her traditional Thai massage she set up a peaceful floor mat and stretched me like I was a baby. If you like yoga you would love the Thai. I also love her table massages. She always sets a peaceful room with ambient sound and very calming music. She is a dedicated to always learning and improving her 15 years expertise. She gives me encouragement every massage with small tips to help my body between our sessions. I highly recommend her services.“

“I have been here years ago before she started working through infinite wellness. I call her magic fingers -aka- telepathic fingers. She knows how to give your muscles exactly what it needs, not more or less to avoid damaging your muscle tissues. If you want massages done the right way and make sure that your body is getting EXACTLY what it needs to heal, Marianne is the person to go to.“
