“Ive tried 4 other optometrists in Asheville prior to visiting Optrix. Dr. Kim was pleasant and professional and discussed my sight in detail which others didn't bother to. Her staff also showed great professionalism and care. Despite having to work within my strictures, I felt well cared for by all. After my glasses came in, I did need two adjustment sessions, but I felt well served and well taken care for. I highly recommend this practice and will stick with Optix from now on.“
