I am so pleased with our visit to Optix Eye Care. First of all, I had an emergency type need for an appointment for my 6 year old daughter because our current eye doctor's office is without a regular doctor for the time being. The triage nurse listened carefully over the phone to my concerns about my daughter possibly having something in her eye that we were unable to locate/help with and responded promptly after discussing my concerns with Dr. Crouch with a same-day appointment.
