Triangle Visions Optometry

Triangle Visions Optometry, formerly VisionSource - Asheville, has proudly served Asheville and the surrounding communities for over 11 years. The practice offers comprehensive eye care services and a wide selection of international and American-made eyewear. Patients praise the exceptional customer service, thorough examinations, and quality care provided by the team, led by Dr. Hollingsworth.

The practice's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned it a loyal following. Patients have reported positive experiences, from getting their prescriptions just right to having their glasses repaired with ease. Triangle Visions Optometry is the go-to destination for all eye care needs in the Asheville area.

The practice's office is described as beautiful and fully accessible, especially for wheelchair users. The staff are praised for being kind, patient, and having great senses of humor. One patient, with customer service experience, highlights the friendly staff, prompt service, and the care provided by Joe.

However, there have been some mixed experiences. One patient had difficulty finding the right multifocal contact lenses, but the staff were accommodating in resolving the issue. Another patient had a routine exam with a doctor who did not introduce themselves, and the patient experienced issues with the new contact lenses and follow-up appointments. Despite these challenges, the practice remains a popular choice for eye care in the Asheville community.
