The communication was fantastic, every step of the repair process was relayed to me and I was able to easily reach them for any additional information. When asked for extra details they were able to describe exactly what was going on with the computer. My favorite part about the entire repair is that I felt they tried to keep the cost as low as possible, only moving on to the next step when necessary. Overall the fix was done faster and a lot cheaper than other places I was checking out. If any of my other devices run into issues I know exactly where I'm taking them!“
