Technology game changers! Since transitioning to SBT, we've received enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable support for all our hardware, software, and application needs. Specifically, we've worked with the SBT team to develop an efficient and effective onboarding process which has led to many productive "first days" here at Green Sprouts. Most recently, the leadership at SBT presented a thoughtful roadmap for our company to help us navigate the many technology opportunities and security threats that we might face over the coming years. SBT Partners provides high quality and responsive Managed IT services for our company of 65 staff. Many of our office staff are remote workers and SBT has effectively helped with the onboarding and support of all these busy team members.Our 30 warehouse staff are reliably supported in the use of their wireless scanners, label printers, and WiFi APs. SBT Partners are effectively keeping our warehouse team successfully connected and able to get their work done in a timely fashion.Security is one of our primary objectives and SBT is totally aligned with this priority -- regularly finding and implementing improvements as we further improve on our cybersecurity.
