“Even though I have an IT and computer background, sometimes you just need a little help from someone who has the latest skills. I have this laptop, an Apple laptop because I betrayed my windows legacy, LOL, and it had been working great for about the past two years. The performance was great, the screen was always bright, I really had no issues with it until about two months ago. Two months ago the power went out on it all of a sudden, I checked the charger, replaced one of the cables, he just wouldn’t come back on. Finally it came on on it’s own which was completely confusing to me. I continue to use it and had glitches every once in a while of it turning off.Finally last week, I realize that it may be the screen that’s turning off and not the actual laptop. I did some troubleshooting and was able to figure out that the corners of the screen were starting to fade and vibrance and brightness. I called Donahue PC repair And they came to my house to fix the laptop in rock Hill. He also said that he travels to places like York and Indian land as well. These guys were so professional, they were on time, and they did real quality work. They replaced my screen on my laptop in a day turnaround, and now here it is, looking great.
