I highly recommend FieldStone Technologies. I brought my Dell laptop in on a Monday because the cooling fan had stopped working. I had contacted Dell and found I would have to ship it to them with no guarantee as to how long it would take to get it back, maybe as long as 2 weeks. FieldStone got the fan shipped to them and had the PC repaired and ready for me to pick up the next day. The PC is working great and the price was very reasonable.
