They did a fantastic job repairing my PC. The Father Son duo running the place are extremely friendly and knowledgeable on computers. The communication was fantastic, every step of the repair process was relayed to me and I was able to easily reach them for any additional information. When asked for extra details they were able to describe exactly what was going on with the computer. My favorite part about the entire repair is that I felt they tried to keep the cost as low as possible, only moving on to the next step when necessary. I walked in without an appointment and the young Mr. Shockley stopped what he was doing to help. He immediately diagnosed and fixed my iPad and sent me on my way. On a separate visit, his father was able to repair my son’s gaming computer with no problems whatsoever.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I needed assistance with a custom gaming pc for my son in which the parts were complex and unique. I ended up needing an additional wire and computer Mekanixs had the part over nighted for a speedy repair. Today being New Year’s Eve, I knew the shop was closing early and because of some missing parts, I knew I’d have to wait a bit longer for the pc…so I thought….nope! They surprised us and stayed late to finish the job making my 14 year old an extremely happy kid!! Can’t thank them enough!!!
