I just got off the phone with DJ and he was very courteous and professional. I've visited him once before several years ago when he checked on why my old gaming laptop wasn't working, and he diagnosed the issue within a few hours(motherboard). His little shop was tidy, pretty cool, and perfect for a little one man show. Kind of jealous, not gonna lie!

I just called him again to see if he could upgrade my SSD in my HP Omen 16 with a 512gb SSD to a Samsung 990 Pro 2tb. He explained to me why this would be difficult in a very concise and easy to understand manner, and laid out a timeline for how long this project would take.
