I had a great experience with Cardinal electric and communications. I went through Angi. They contacted me promplty and even said they could come in an hour cause of a cancelation. Great! The came and the two guys did their job promptly. I did not have to pay right away. They sent the bill and it was reasonable. Most of all to me was they were quick and prompt. When they left, i noticed two switchs did not work properly. I text them and they came out same day and fixed it. It was a wire in another switch that they did not replace that was wired wrong. I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Robert was extremely professional and did a great job of staying in touch with me prior to the installation. He responded promptly to my texts and calls and made sure everything was coordinated for the day of installation.
His technician, Jimmy, came out to install my EV charger and was equally professional, friendly, and courteous. He did a very clean and neat installation, took great care of the area he was working in, and cleaned everything up thoroughly when he was finished. Before leaving, he made sure the charger was working properly and that everything was operating exactly as it should.
We had a devastating fire May 2024. We shopped around for electricians not really knowing what to expect! Robert put in his bid and we chose him and his crew to do the work! The best thing about Robert is he is down to earth. I could talk to him about everything and he would offer suggestions, but would always end with, “we will do whatever you want Ms April.” I learned a lot about electricity!
