Whit did an incredible job and was incredibly thorough in his walkthrough as well as physical report. He was incredibly communicative from initial outreach to the report in our hand. Gave professional opinions, was knowledgeable on the area and current code requirements, and gives an INCREDIBLY detailed report- which was a must!! Very easygoing and easy to talk to, will definitely be using him in the future!
