Clients praise the professionalism, punctuality, and thoroughness of the inspections conducted by Whit Sherrill. He prepares detailed reports that are very helpful in the home buying process, and his level of professionalism gives great peace of mind. Whit's inspections have also helped clients understand issues they couldn't see and even reduced the final sale price of their homes. Highly recommended for a comprehensive and educational home inspection experience.
I recommend Whit to anyone looking for an extremely thorough home inspector!!! The report he gave me was so good, several contractors commented it was the best report they’ve ever seen; a realtor friend asked for his information so he could recommend him; AND his report saved me $50,000 in foundation repairs and a $13,000 dock repair the seller covered because of his report! THANK YOU Whit!!!
Whit did an incredible job and was incredibly thorough in his walkthrough as well as physical report. He was incredibly communicative from initial outreach to the report in our hand. Gave professional opinions, was knowledgeable on the area and current code requirements, and gives an INCREDIBLY detailed report- which was a must!! Very easygoing and easy to talk to, will definitely be using him in the future!
Whitney was so thorough and happy to explain every and any detail I asked about and more! He gave advice on what I should prioritize and has it all neatly documented. Highly recommend.
