“I would like to thank and recommend Spangler Restoration for an amazing mitigation, clean up, and rebuilding of my house due to a kitchen fire. They were assisting me within a day of contacting them. Their staff is spectacular and very friendly and responsive. They were easy to work with and responsive to my request and changes.
Hillary and Michelle in marketing are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
Clark and his team handled my cleaning, pack-out and pack-back. They did a wonderful job putting most things back where they belong.
Chad and his subs handled the reconstruction, and he was very attentive and detailed. The only drawback I endured was the amount of time to get the kitchen back to normal. With that said, it was mainly waiting on the insurance to approve certain changes and release funds.
I even had a warranty situation which Chad and his staff handled with in a few days.
I am pleased with Spangler Restoration and I have recommended them to my co-workers and friends and family.
Please note that I used to work for another restoration company, but I am glad I did not call them as I used to work for them and know the type of services provided.
I am grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you are ever in need of restoration services, especially after a fire, I can’t recommend Spangler Restoration highly enough.

Not only was he very knowledgeable about the work he was extremely patient with us considering it took us over a year to bite the bullet. “I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. There were a few finishing touches that needed fine tuning once the project was almost finished, and the last person to show up worked really hard to complete it. I found the employees to be professional and have a good work ethic, as the owner undoubtedly instilled in them to go above and beyond to please their customers.
