Shoutout Matt Cummings for being reliable essentially all of the time. Definitely recommend CCC for all commercial construction endeavors. I may be biased but I promise my dad, uncle, grandpa, and everyone else in the company works hard to make clients happy ?
Cummings has built 16 commercial buildings for me, with another 4 in process. I am notoriously detail-oriented and cost-conscious, and Cummings delivers a quality product at a reasonable price. Perhaps best of all, they are problem-solvers. Invariably, unexpected issues pop up during construction. Whereas other GC's that I have used would simply draft a change order with little thought, Cummings (especially Matt Cummings) is excellent about thinking outside the box to resolve the issue at a minimum cost. This problem-solving is one of the main reasons I plan to continue using Cummings.
