“Clean Air provided a crawlspace inspection during due diligence. John provided a detailed report regarding downspouts, water intrusion, moisture levels, organic growth, and duct work. The report came with itemized costs for the issues. When a subsequent structural inspection found additional issues (outside the scope of John's inspection), John promptly provided estimates for those repairs as well.“

“I think I have said it before but we love love our Eze Breeze - 7 years and its still our favorite spot! EA did a professinal job on building it and we couldnt have been happier. Its been a while so some of the clips needed a little TLC and EA didn't dissapoint us and Jared came out and worked majic! Got everything re-aligned repaired and it looks brand new!
