“I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. There were a few finishing touches that needed fine tuning once the project was almost finished, and the last person to show up worked really hard to complete it. I found the employees to be professional and have a good work ethic, as the owner undoubtedly instilled in them to go above and beyond to please their customers. I was told if any problems were to arise, to give them a call and they would attend to it. Would definitely recommend this franchise!“

Chad and his subs handled the reconstruction, and he was very attentive and detailed. The only drawback I endured was the amount of time to get the kitchen back to normal. With that said, it was mainly waiting on the insurance to approve certain changes and release funds.
I even had a warranty situation which Chad and his staff handled with in a few days.
I am pleased with Spangler Restoration and I have recommended them to my co-workers and friends and family.
Please note that I used to work for another restoration company, but I am glad I did not call them as I used to work for them and know the type of services provided.
I am grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you are ever in need of restoration services, especially after a fire, I can’t recommend Spangler Restoration highly enough.

“The SHS team of guys were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was professional, trustworthy, and respectful. Raul, the team’s lead, had everything under control down to the littlest of things. The whole area was kept clean and safe. He handled everything and would reach out to us when something unexpected was found which was rare. We had exceptional communication with him and the whole SHS team throughout the job. The job was started on time and finished within a decent timeframe considering how large of a job it was. The price of the job was in line with other estimates I had gotten. (And I got a lot). We chose to go with SHS not because of the estimate but because of Rob. Rob Drumm put in a great deal of time and effort to make sure we were going to be happy with the final cost and finished product. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the work he was extremely patient with us considering it took us over a year to bite the bullet.
