Sarah is AMAZING. She's truly gifted with hair. She listens and always gives me a perfect cut. She explains hair cair in a way thats easy to understand and teaches how to style and maintain your hair style at home so you can look like you stepped out of the salon every day. The salon itself is beautiful and bright, and it's kept VERY clean. The hair washing chairs are the most comfortable I've ever been in. The waiting area chairs were soft and plush and I love the big mirrors! The entire staff is so warm and friendly, I'll never go anywhere else in the Charlotte area!
