If there were 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough!! The office personnel and the technicians were timely, polite and quite professional, not to mention skilled! There were updates at every turn and never a moment when things weren't as expected. No one wishes for HVAC issues, but I will know who to call whenever there is a need!
We just had a new Rheem gas pac and A/C installed. Jeff L. was recommended by our neighbor and he did a great job on recommending the product that he thought would meet our needs in using the Rheem system. He was very punctual and thorough on his estimates and explained in detail of what he planned to do if his company got the job. His price was reasonable and within our budget. He wasn’t the highest nor was he the lowest price but I do believe he was fair. His Installation Team did a great job as well at removing the old system and installing the new system along with updating our trunk line and duct lines to make everything more efficient.
