Scheduling is straightforward, I can only think of one time I had to be rescheduled and they called ahead of time to coordinate. I usually see Brittany who is super talented and the exact style I prefer. The entrance is a little confusing at first because you walk in and aren’t actually in the office yet, you have to push a Ring doorbell to notify someone you’re there but they usually come open the door quickly.
