She let me babble (which I tend to do until I conk out), then proceeded to identify my stressed out muscles and joints, adapting the massage pattern timings to give the areas with the most need the extra depth and time they needed to relax. I was extremely happy with the results and the overall experience, so much so that I've already booked my next visit!“

“Best massages consistently I’ve had in the triangle. I’m a hooked regular. After my first one I rescheduled at the appointment knowing I would need it at this point in the year (I was correct). I was running late at the end of the work day after a very hard week and expecting to pay full price (happily) for only the half hour I was likely to have left. “Gail really works on the scary places. The locked up muscles and joints that hurt when you think about them. My neck and hip are chronically annoying and she really worked to help ease into some of the more uncomfortable(read kinda painful) stretches that actually relieves the imbalances and gets the energy flowing back to these places for better mobility and improved strength through a range of motion. Ignoring pain is the surest way to ensure it increases so pay attention to your body and get it the therapy it needs. She is a gem.“
