I was referred to The Spa Haus by Hot Tub Taxi since they’re a Vita Spa dealer in the area. We owned a Vita Spa before and had a great experience with it, so I made the drive to Garner to check them out.
From the moment I met Matt, I felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust. He's personable, easy to talk to, and never came across as pushy. The showroom has a nice variety of spas in different price ranges, which made it easy to compare models and get a feel for what would fit our needs and budget.

We recently purchased a Joli Vita Spa from The Spa Haus, and the entire experience was fantastic. Matt and Jillian, the owners, were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer every question, walked us through all the options, and made sure we felt confident in our choice.
Their knowledge, friendliness, and genuine care for their customers really set them apart. The spa itself is amazing — high quality, beautifully designed, and exactly what we were hoping for.

The Spa Haus was the BEST choice for our family to buy multiple items from.
First, an Infinity massage chair (Awesome) and a Vita Spa (Also awesome). Based on other companies in the area we found the best quality, value and customer service to be at the Spa Haus. Matt and his wife were great and we enjoyed our interactions with them and their employees.
After our spa was installed we had a slight issue with the spa (factory issue, not Spa Haus) that Matt quickly resolved after contacting the manufacturer. I didn’t have to call and remind him, he was here to fix it immediately. You don’t see many company owners doing that, hard worker!
