Technician took a lot of time to explain the situation (thanks Colby!) and fixed the issues with our mini split unit. Cleaned out some nasty build up within the unit and got us up and running. They were on time, and the proactive communication was amazing. They let us know when we were scheduled for the day and sent a text when they were in the way. Oh, and this was all done within 14 hours of me submitting my work request online the night before! Top notch!

If you are looking for an electrician, look no further. We have a rental house in Kill Devil Hills and new tenant had some problems with some of her outlets and lamps. Called around to a couple other companies. If they called back at all they were so expensive and couldn’t even get there for weeks. When I called Angel Advanced Technologies they called me right back and were at the house the next morning. Showed up right when they said they would, quickly identified and fixed the problem and was so reasonable with their fee. They will be my first and only call from now on.

As an update, it has been several more years and we are still very happy with both the service and the staff at Anderson Heating and. Oolong. We were down recently at our Hailee and wanted to get a seasonal service taken care of while there. Both the office staff and service techs were very accommodating as well as always being polite in my dealings with them.
I absolutely still recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling to anyone needing hvac work in Northeastern NC or the OBX.
