Technician took a lot of time to explain the situation (thanks Colby!) and fixed the issues with our mini split unit. Cleaned out some nasty build up within the unit and got us up and running. They were on time, and the proactive communication was amazing. They let us know when we were scheduled for the day and sent a text when they were in the way. Oh, and this was all done within 14 hours of me submitting my work request online the night before! Top notch!

Great job by Delta T, their management, and their techs - Colby and Noah. My repairs required multiple trips and parts being ordered. Othe companies would suggest a new system was needed, but Delta T was honest and thorough. Despite the July heat, Colby spent lots of time in the attic troubleshooting. I am very pleased. They worked hard to fix the unit. Deservedly, they earn the 5 stars. I will not hesitate to call them for all my future needs.
