Our AC completely shut off and we had no idea what to do, I was really worried since it’s currently August and boiling outside my wife is 7 months pregnant I was extremely concerned for her and my unborn Sons health, so I called Air O Smith they came out immediately. I talked to Chris and Gus they both answered all of my questions and Gus had everything done in record time. This company is the pinnacle of professionalism, they are very proficient and friendly. I am completely speechless. I couldn’t imagine using any other company for any HVAC needs.
I got estimate for work to be completed in the future system for install of new system. Salesman Nick was absolutely spectacular. He had answers to every questions. He was patient with the most non-technical electrical person you could imagine andmade things sound logical and relatively easy to understand. He is an asset to the company and if I had my way he’d get a promotion, but that’s just me.
My central air quit working as the outside temps were hitting 100+. I have MS and Asthma as well as 3 children, 2 of whom are disabled. Gus from Air-O-Smith came within 24 hours of my call. He serviced my unit and had it running within less than an hour. Gus was very friendly, full of knowledge to share and very professional. He discovered a black mold problem in my heat pump and will be back next week to completely clean all the mold from the heat pump as well as all the ductwork! I would highly recommend Air-O-Smith!
