Our AC Unit stopped working. I called North Beach Services and they were very helpful right away. They had a technician, Christian, come out within a few hours for the diagnostic. He was very friendly and polite. He took pictures and videos to show me what the exact issues were and reviewed my options for repair. It was very clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about and was confident with his explanation and plan of action. I chose an option and he was able to give me the cost breakdown and offer a repair date of the next day. Extremely smooth and easy process. I wish all house maintenance issues were this easy. The next day Christian fixed the issue quickly and my AC was up and running. I can’t believe they were able to fix it in about 24 hours from start to finish. Excellent work and will definitely call them again in the future and request Christian as well. Thank you for the great work!
To the lady that gave a bad review. This is American Home Services an HVAC COMPANY. they do heating and air conditioning. You are talking about American Home Shield which is an home warranty company. Please delete your review as it is not even the same company
My experience with Absolute started off as a frantic call over the weekend at 8am for the waterfall that was coming out of my ceiling light into the floor. They arrived fast and fixed the issue. Fast forward a month later, I decided to remove ALL the QUEST piping. (thoughts and prayers if this is still your situation) They took such attention to detail and were very careful when removing furniture, prepping the area and preserving the drywall cutouts. They let me know each day what they'd be doing and when they'd be on site. Very well mannered folks as well. I'll miss the crew when they're gone, but boy do I sure hope they never have to come back. :-). They're ABSOLUTELY the first call i'll make for anything plumbing related going forward. (forgive the pun, i had to)
