“Thrilled with our experience! This crew pulled off a massive job remodeling our entire master bath in just two days. They demo’d our California style bathroom and installed a large walk in shower, new vanity, flooring, and toilet. Everything is exactly how we imagined. The team had to pull an audible when they found our HVAC running below the shower causing issues with where the drain could go. This was addressed quickly, easily, resulting in a larger pan and better solution at no cost to us. The only thing that I’ll ding is that the floor squeaks due to our subfloor not being perfect and we wish the crewed addressed this, but we also never asked them to do this.

Huge shout out to WSH from Kevin that sold it to us and the folks that installed (Nomel, Brian, Destiny, Riley, Trey, Will, and Aiden). Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat!“

“We met with Cody Garney tonight- yeah, tonight. They offered appointments at 6 and 7pm which is really great for working families. He provided us with a very thorough overview of Carolina Home Remodeling, their capabilities, history and why we should do business with them. Very impressive. He then went over our options for our shower and the pros and cons of each material and was able to show us what the products looked like and explained how it’s installed and why the CHR way is better. He helped us choose the best options for us and then presented us with our 3 purchase options along with financing options so that we could choose what was best for us. “I was in search on a new door for my front door. I looked at all of the usual places, and didn't find anything that I liked. I found HCR and I contacted them to give more info. Daniela come from HCR, she was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We discussed many options. We talked about costume options. Being a mechanical designer myself I understood about the material, installation and all that it would take to choose, manufacturer and install the door. She told me of all the options. She also said that I could also choose any design for the glass, or make a sketch and it can be made on the glass. I chose to use an existing design and tweek it. I never told Daniela of my occupation, until after I signed off on the purchase. She never tried to upsell or steer me to something it didn't need. In my design, I wanted red in my design.
She advised me that red glass is more expensive. I replied that I knew. Un summary, my experience was excellent. Daniela was great to work with and honest. The door was installed with care and the precision that I hoped it would be. When I will need anything for the exterior of my house. I will surely call them first.“
