“I had a fence and new deck installed at my residence. The employees that where hired to install my fence and deck where great . They were helpful and courteous. I went through Lowe’s and Lowe’s chosen them to build the deck and fence. I price was about what I had expected. I ended up having to add a larger gate to the fence to make it wider. It was expensive and I didn’t expect it to cost that much. However I paid the fee and got the gate made wider. I did not want to compromise the Guarantee as to the work. I was happy with the outcome the deck is good and the fence is good as well . On the business end if collecting the fee to the added gate . There was no pre conversion as to the price ahead of time. Having a price quote a day before the work was scheduled would have been a courtesy I would liked to have . The price was told in on the day the scheduled service. I was not prepared to pay that money that much a higher price. I had to pay the additional amount because I had to extend my gate. So has to the work and the employees who came to do the work is a five star, as to the business end it is a four star.”
