I did skim back on test obviously not needed but still expected a 600 dollar bill. Didnt happen and they were very nice about removing extra procedures on bill. Bill was half of expected after discussing and they actually offered estimate of bill prior to providing. Pup is back to normal and I’m out 270 but I’m satisfied. The staff and vet was very very pleasant and accommodating. If need3d i would certainly take my pup again and Lucy is back to herself !
Village Way is the best Veterinary office we’ve used. All doctors and assistant employees are professional and really care about our pets. We’ve been seeing Dr Arfmann and can’t say enough how much we appreciate his care with our pets.
I called here in the morning with an emergency with my pet coming from urgent care and they were able to get My cat an appointment and even stayed after hours to help. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. I’m very thankful for them for saving my cats life.
