First time cat owner. First time putting the cat in the carrier. She peed in the carrier and they were ready for me. Towels ready and it was all good. Appointment was good, they have a very knowledgeable staff, especially Erica. She answered all my rookie questions without being condescending. Definitely going back.
They got us in the same day for our dog that wasn't feeling the best. The doctor was super nice and did tell us all of our options. It was a little overpriced for the one appointment but we did get X-rays done.
