“I accidentally destroyed my glasses Friday night and needed a pair by Monday for work. I checked with Lenscrafters, Vision works AND Walmart Vision Center. One had no availability, one didn't even answer the phone and the third had no doctor on staff to conduct a new eye exam. NC law states prescriptions expire every 2 years so I was in a bad spot. Enter Stanton Optical. They answered, gave me the obvious phone script, got me scheduled in SAME DAY. They had stylish options and even safety lenses but I'm a simple man on a budget. I just need to SEE. The entire process took less than 2 hours and I got the eye exam free because I purchased my glasses through Stanton and left with TWO pairs of glasses, complete with protective cases and a cleaning cloth, SAME DAY for $79. No insurance either. I even got a coupon to help with the cost of glasses for a family member or friend who might need a pair and has to pay more for a stronger prescription than mine. All things considered, Im DEFINITELY satisfied. A big thank you to Nette and Mykayla for saving the day.“

“Dr. Lynch is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. The lady that brings you to the back was nice and funny. The front desk lady was very nice also. The only problems I had was with the Hispanic lady that goes over the contact part. Shes very manipulative, talks fast and leaves out mentioning that there's an $80 fee. This should have been explained before she even started. We I went to check out I was told the fee. When I told her that I didn't have it she kept asking me. It was embarrassing. If I was told the fee prior to checking out I would have been more prepared.“
