i had to come in netwoek and had low expectations. The customer service was an A+ since we walked in the door. Anthony was incredibly helpful and patient, Joe was also supportive! The service will have me to come back. thank you!

Jerry .C is an AMAZING sales manager. He was very professional, friendly, and funny! I enjoyed my appointment. Chiquita the store manager is also a HUGE delight. I would definitely refer anyone to come here to get an exam and glasses!

Anthony and Chiquita, at the South Blvd, Charlotte, NC location, were so pleasant to work with. They were kind and accommodating. We had my one year old grandson with us, they not only accepted his presence and entertained him, they gave him snacks, and were ok with his little mess! The glasses were ready quickly, my daughters pair immediately and my progressive glasses and her sunglasses, in less than 2 weeks. Having the doctor via video was a little strange but it seems like my prescription is correct!Thank you, Anthony and Chiquita, we will be back!
