I accidentally destroyed my glasses Friday night and needed a pair by Monday for work. I checked with Lenscrafters, Vision works AND Walmart Vision Center. One had no availability, one didn't even answer the phone and the third had no doctor on staff to conduct a new eye exam. NC law states prescriptions expire every 2 years so I was in a bad spot. Enter Stanton Optical. They answered, gave me the obvious phone script, got me scheduled in SAME DAY. They had stylish options and even safety lenses but I'm a simple man on a budget. The Brand Manager, Millie, was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and very efficient. She listened carefully to what I needed and helped me find the perfect solution quickly and with a great attitude. Her customer service truly exceeded my expectations.
The entire staff was also friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

Nette was the BEST!!!!! I came in to just get a 3 month supply of contacts and some glasses and she gave me an amazing deal on a whole year long supply of contacts! Better than my insurance had to offer. If you guys go to this location please ask for Nette!
