The experience was great. Ms. Sophia was very helpful and patient while we finalized the frames. She also worked to find us good deals on both the frames and lenses since I didn’t have insurance coverage. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Sahara was so nice the whole time and she was so helpful! She walked me through the glasses selection and was so honest about what looked good. When I came back to pick up my glasses she remembered my name and that I was a teacher! When I came back a month later she noticed I got my hair done!! It was so nice!!
Excellent experience from start to finish! Shanelle was friendly, professional, and made all of my initial testing comfortable and easy. Dr. Suttles was thorough, caring, positive, and explained my eye health in a way I truly appreciated. The team in Target Optical was also extremely helpful and patient while I looked at frames and worked through my options. I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident in my choices. Great customer service all around!
