I’m keeping one star ONLY bc the facility itself is a bit on the small side. So, when there are multiple patients the space feels crowded. I think maybe the space could be improved by a “please wait here” sign before approaching the desk. And then also making the “waiting area” more noticeable and inviting so it’s more accessible to people when they are asked to wait!
