Very rarely do I feel it necessary to write a review, but after today's experience, I felt compelled to do so.
This was my second visit to this office. Dr. Ferguson was, once again, friendly, professional, and provided excellent care. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his assistant and the front office staff. During my first visit, I assumed their demeanor may have been the result of an off day, but my experience today confirmed that this appears to be the norm.

Dr. Lynch is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. The lady that brings you to the back was nice and funny. The front desk lady was very nice also. The only problems I had was with the Hispanic lady that goes over the contact part. Shes very manipulative, talks fast and leaves out mentioning that there's an $80 fee. This should have been explained before she even started. We I went to check out I was told the fee. When I told her that I didn't have it she kept asking me. It was embarrassing. If I was told the fee prior to checking out I would have been more prepared.
Today I had my first appointment there, I was coming from a different eye doctor and I will say I was beyond pleased with my visit. I was in and out in a timely matter, and the pretty young lady Britney who did my screening for my doctor was the best! Exceptional! Exceptional! Very well put together in her presentation and great customer service!!! 100000 recommend this place!
