He is very patient and caring with all his patients. He will answer any and all questions you have. He treats you like you are a human being, and not just his Patient. I would recommend him and his office to anyone.
Jon Hyman and his crew did an excellent job creating new landscaping beds to replace what was destroyed by the hurricanes. Jon is always a great help! We love the Limelight Hydrangeas blooming all summer and then the Snowman Camellias blooming November and December!

We have an outdoor post light that shorted out in very heavy rains, that is until Steven and Nick showed up, identified many problems with the original construction of the light. Everything is now fixed and new light is much better design than the original. Professional, polite, and even restrung downed string lights while they were here.
Martin and his team did a great job for our refresh in Beaufort. We absolutely love our new countertops and showers! The team showed a lot of pride and care in their work. Their shop in Morehead and the countertop factory in Havelock were not only interesting to see, but also very helpful in maturing our understanding of the process and in material selection. These guys were great to work with and we are already planning for additional updates, check out these pics!!

After recently experiencing an epic fail from a previous stylist, I was so apprehensive meeting Lee but there was no need. Lee invested so much time in me asking me questions and getting to know my hair LOL. And the result was nothing short of perfection! As you will see the before picture was the color that was placed on my hair that was nowhere near what I requested at my previous stylist's salon... Lee got the Color spot on and the cut was also amazing! I can't wait to go back. You will not regret booking with Lee.

Love Golden's Barber Shop BUT...
I usually Michael or Richard cut my hair. I let the other guy cut my hair and it was the worst haircut. He didn't seem to care and he obviously didn't listen. He cut an excessive amount of hair off despite my request.
Moral or the story, go with Michael or Richard. Also, I don't know if James still works there but he was a great barber too.
Shave and a haircut! It just feels different when you get out of the chair with a fresh cut and shave. Coming back again! There is just something about sitting in an old style barber chair! Takes me back to my youth when Mr. Leonard Collins would cut.my hair in Newport!

I normally never write reviews, but I’m from Georgia and just recently moved to the area. My old salon was very rough and not super detailed. Andy today was taking off my set of acrylics because 2 nails had broken. He did an absolute amazing job, and I’ve never been happier after a nail job. He took off my acrylics super gently using the drill instead of the press on nails that my old salon used to pry off the nail. He fixed 2 broken nails, and used this gel to make my natural nail stronger. He was super gentle around my broken nail and said sorry if he did hurt it. I never thought I’d like my natural nails more than acrylics till he did it, but I’m in LOVE and may keep doing this instead!
3rd time there and I'll keep on going back. They do a wonderful job on my nails every time

Before I went natural Sandy was almost the only person who I let touch my hair. Any picture you showed her, she was able to recreate. What I loved most, she worked with integrity. You may have wanted to make an impulse decision out of emotion, such as cut your long hair to an inch, she would suggest something you wouldn’t regret the next day such as shoulder length bob and go shorter the next cut. I’ll never forget seeing her do something like that with her client and it’s stuck with me for years. I remember wanting to bleach my hair all at once, she wouldn’t do it. She suggested highlights and we would do more the next time. It’s not all about financial gain with her, she cares about the health of your hair first! My mom is a long time client of hers, and she’s always been so good to her personally and professionally. The establishment is clean, friendly, and professional. ?

I have been to Wild Olive in Morehead City twice now and had two different stylist. Both experience were amazing and I left feeling so happy with my results! The most recent visit, I had Kaitlyn and she was so sweet, professional, and accommodating. She listened thoroughly and asked specific questions regarding what I was wanting done. She asked me a few times if she could get me anything to drink and made sure to check that I was comfortable throughout the visit. I absolutely loved my cut and highlights and she made sure that I was satisfied with my results. I felt refreshed, relaxed, and confident after my visit!

Very chill guy we talked about life and such while he did a killer job on a whale shark leg piece. Work was done in two days and I was so impressed they cleaned as they went. They were like magicians . You wouldn’t have even know all that work was being done outside it was so quiet. I would highly recommend this company for your next concrete work
They re-sided my house. I would hire them again in a flash. The entire experience from talking to receptionist( very friendly) to meeting with Mr. Jones( friendly, on time & great follow up)to actual work performed was exceptional. After Hurricane Florence & 3 attempts to get help re-siding my house(ind would show up, say they'd get back w/ an estimate & never did), I can say that all appts were kept, calls returned and they got the job done at a reasonable price. They also take on smaller jobs around the house. I'm making a list!

I called Davies Contracting two weeks ago to inform them that my house was on fire. Multiple managers, including the owner arrived on the scene shortly after the fire . They helped my wife and I navigate through the overwhelming situation. their assistance has not waivered as we are dealing with insurance companies . The process of putting our house back together and making us whole again Will be made easier knowing that Davies contracting is on our side.
What an excellent company to hire, and work for too. They specialize in restoring almost any cosmetic or structural issues affected by environmental damage for both residential or commercial establishments.
I worked here for nearly a year and worked many a restoration job under Butch, Letty, Liz & Randy. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Pro Environmental. Yall treated me like family and it was humbling. They are absolute professionals. These folks are IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and are the regional subject matter experts when it comes to top notch restorations. I have traveled with them across the entire eastern Carolina area, and they have the fleet vehicles, man power, and equipment to get jobs done right. Mold damage ain't no joke in North Carolina, and it's nice to feel comfortable by working with a company that knows what they're doing!

S.F. Ballou built our home over 10 years ago and we just love it! It was the best experience as S.F. Ballou was so easy to work with, especially since we didn't live in town when we were building. I highly recommend them, you won't be sorry.

Highly recommend these guys, they have excellent customer service and really went out of their way to help me out with my pool and patio project. I've purchased sand, gravel, and river rock from them numerous times with no issues. Every delivery has been on time and their pricing is very reasonable.

Unbelievable… I must say and I mean every word, the staff was as good as they were the first visit, however, the dentist, I think sara is her name, I wasn’t looking.. I was nervous.. was exceptional!!! She made sure to keep me feeling safe and didn’t judge me for crying and screaming when she started pulling out my… I’m kidding! She actually went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I am going to go back and drop my life saving to her for my mouth. She was that great!! And she’s a dog lover! Been hurting for months trying to fix myself…after finally making the plunge to call and schedule a visit I feel much better. Not fixed yet but on my way. Easy to make an appointment. Absolutely the nicest staff. Taking time to know whats wring and explaining everything. Would recommend.
Highly recommend this vet. My dog was 13 and we’ve been to many vets over the years but this place stands out. They aren’t pushy on products or services and they allow you to make the decisions. The vet laid out our options but my family and I decided euthanasia was the humane thing to do. The staff was incredibly compassionate and walked us through the process at our pace. Although I’m incredibly sad to think about this day, I am forever thankful this is the vet we chose for our sweet boy’s senior care. When the time comes we will absolutely return to the vet.
